Return orders to a Buyers cart

First, click on ①【Transactions】followed by ②【Order Management】

Next, click on ① 【Details】for the relevant order.

You will be redirected to the following screen.

Finally, click on ①【Return order to cart】on the right side of the screen.

Finally, choose if you wish to send an email regarding this to the Buyer ①, then you will be able to write the reason etc, to include in that email ②. Finally, click on ③【Return order to cart】
