Image renaming and ordering tools

A small tool has been prepared that will allow you to rename images on your computer to upload them to DEXTRE in bulk. The filenames of the files you select will be renamed in the following manner, so that they can be uploaded directly to DEXTRE. Model Number_i_1.jpg　/ Model Number_i_2.jpg /　Model Number_i_3.jpg If you also wish to reorder the images at the same time, please use this tool.

First, drag and select all of the images you wish to upload for a particular model number, then drop them on the file named “Image Renamer”

Next, in the pop up boxes enter the model number and click OK.

To use the Reordering and renaming tool described below, you must have your products already registered on DEXTRE.

To use the symbol image batch renaming tool, you will need to have the products registered on DEXTRE as well as already having the images you wish to use having their filename in the format of Model Number_i_1.jpg

First, we will need to export the relevant information from DEXTRE（For a guide detailing the entire process, look here）

Set up the product export template as shown below.

① Set Extraction Granularity to「Standard」

② Select「Model Number」and「color (VALUE NO)」

Once the template has been created, export the product data using the template.

First, open the file named「BulkImageReorder.exe」and click the button labelled「Load Excel file」, then select the exported product data.

Following on, click on the button labelled 「Prepare Products」

For the products you wish to reorder and rename images for, click on ②【Select Images】followed by selecting the images for that model number.

The ①Thumbnails can be dragged and drop to reorder the images.

Once you have reorder and selected all the images you wish to upload to DEXTRE, click the button labelled ③【Create Images】＊The selected images will be copied and renamed in a new folder labelled “out”, made in the folder of the first image you selected.

These images can be uploaded directly to DEXTRE. for more information on this, please look here. You can also continue on using the tool underneath to create images to upload as Symbol Images.

First, open the file「SymbolImageTool.exe」followed by clicking on「Load Excel file」and then selecting the relevant file.

Once you have done this, you will be able to select the button labelled「Select Images」

Select this button and then select the images you wish to use as Symbol Images.

You will be able to see a preview of the image as shown below. You will be able to see the relevant model number for this image above it, and on the right of the image you will be able to select the color for this image.

• You will only be able to select colors the model numbers have enabled on DEXTRE.

Once you are finished setting the correct colors for each image selected, click on the button at the bottom 「Create Images」. Neew copies of the images with their name set so that they can be uploaded to DEXTRE right away will be made in the same directory as the images you selected.
