Options

Using the Option feature, you are able to set accessory items and prices along with them, to products. Upon selecting an accessory item, the price of it will be automatically added to the total product price.

Click on ①’Products‘ followed by ②‘Product Attributes‘.

You will be redirected to the below page. Click on ① ‘Options‘, then

Click on ② ‘Create A New Option’ If you wish to create a new Option, or

③ ‘Edit’ if you wish to edit an existing option.

You will be redirected to the following screen

①‘Option No.‘ This is the name the system will use to identify this Option.

② ‘Option Name‘ Is the name for the option that buyers will see, and will appear on reports. Please fill this out for every language you have enabled.

③ ‘Option Price Condition‘ This will cause the Option price to either Apply or ignore multiplication rates or discount rates that apply to a transaction or buyer.

④ ‘Option Variants’

※ Option Variant No. = Identifier
※ Display Name = The Name for this option variant buyers will see.
※ If you wish for this to be the default option, please check the ‘Default‘ checkbox.

⑤ ‘Add an Option Variant‘ Clicking this will allow you to add another Option Variant.

⑥ If there is a price attached to an option variant, fill in the Price here.

※  The price you enter will change if you have enabled ③‘Option Price Condition‘

⑦ You are able to reorder the Option Values by dragging and dropping here.

⑧ ‘Create‘/’Update‘ Click this button when you are finished editing/creating a new Option.

From　①‘Products‘　Find the product you wish to add an option too, then scroll to the right until you find the ‘OPTION SETTINGS‘ column,

then click the icon ② as shown in the image below.

A pop up will appear, allowing you to edit the Option settings for this product.

① ‘Enable Option Setting‘　If enabled, will give you the settings you can see above

②‘Selectable Options‘ Select all Options you wish to apply to this Product.

③ ‘Option Variants Settings‘ Select all variants you wish to apply to this product.

④ Here you can specify SKU specific Options, if you wish.

The options will appear in a Buyers cart as shown below.
