Specifications for uploaded images/videos

• JPEG/PNG/WEBP are supported by DEXTRE.

Logo

• 1:1 （recommended resolution : 300×300 pixels)

Product images

• Portrait images／Aspect ration　2 : 3 　（recommended resolution : 1000×1500 pixels)
• Landscape images／Aspect ratio　3 : 2 　（recommended resolution : 1500×1000 pixels)

Header image

• Landscape／Aspect ratio　5 : 2　（recommended resolution : 1920×768 pixels)

Order link background images

• Landscape／Aspect ratio 16 : 9
  (This depends on screen size so there is no recommended resolution)

• If you upload a large amount of, or very large files to the server you may go over the limit and will need to pay an extra fee.
• If you upload videos to Youtube or similar video hosting services and embed them, you wont need to worry about compressing them!
• If you have made a mistake and wish to return to the previous screen, instead of using your browsers “back” button, press the back button next to the “next” button. (Please note information you have filled out may not be saved if you do this.)
