IT Deployment Subsidy 2023
“Digitalization Infrastructure Introduction Scheme”
has been approved for DEXTRE.
The system can be utilized as an eligible tool for IT implementation subsidies as an online system for the purpose of improving work efficiency in Japan.
It has been certified in the “digitalization infrastructure introduction category” for the purpose of promoting the digitalization of business-to-business transactions.
Regarding the category, “introduction of digitalization infrastructure”
Subsidy amount and examples of use
The subsidy period for cloud usage fees has been expanded from a maximum of one year to a maximum of two years.
Eligible expenses
Up to 2 years of usage fees and initial setup/registration agent fees
Subsidy rate
Within 3/4 (50,000 yen to 500,000 yen)

(Initial fee: without setup and registration agent)
Monthly Fee
20,000 yen x 24 months = 480,000 yen (excluding tax)
※Excluding excess usage fees.
Subsidy amount
Three-fourths (75%) about 360,000 yen subsidized
Actual cost
Approximately 120,000 yen over 2 years
(5,000 yen per month)

Initial setup and registration fee: 200,000 yen (excluding tax)

Actual cost
Approximately 180,000 yen over 2 years
(7,500 yen per month)

Please consult with us as soon as possible to ensure that you have all the necessary procedures in place before the deadline.
- STEP.02Application for subsidy
Application Procedures
We will issue IDs and complete the procedures for application.
You will need to obtain a G-Biz ID Prime account to apply.です。
If you have not yet obtained an account, we recommend that you apply for it as soon as possible.
Multiple applications by the same company are not allowed.
Contract and payment will be made after the grant is adopted. Those who have already contracted DEXTRE are not eligible to use the subsidy.
